In January they told me they only had Happily Ever After pins. I'm not sure if that was "at that time" or "from now on" since I had read they were cutting back on the different pins.

As far as the ones that Malcon posted, you can just ask a CM for them. City Hall generally has all of them, and so do many of the shops.

The character dining ones I believe you have to do the character dining, but it might be possible to go to the restaurants and just ask for a button; I've never tried.

The Cars Land ones I've had good luck just asking CMs in Cars Land -- most of the shops have them and will give them to you. Many will ask you Disney trivia to get them, but they'll help you if you don't know the answer :-)

What Shortpix said.
The Honorary Citizen button is usually when they catch you doing something nice for another guest, or something fun or positive. DD has gotten one for Disney Bounding, as well as returning merchandise to an open air type sale area that had made its way just outside, in a flower bed, iirc.

My DD got an Honorary Citizen button just for being cute when she was about 5 months old. Making mama proud!

They phased out and redesigned a lot of the buttons at the end of the year. Here is a diagram of what became what and all the new designs. They combined "Just Married and Happy Anniversary" into Happily Ever After. Most all you can get from City Hall, Honorary Citizen is for doing something nice, or returning a lost item, etc....

I'm glad to see they have new designs.

We have some Honorary Voluntears buttons with the Muppets in them.

It's not on this infographic, but, "Just Engaged" was also combined with Happily Ever After.
