We are taking a friend to DL who is on a gluton free diet for health reasons. Does anyone know what items at the resort she can eat? She is going to call guest relations and get any info they might have, but I'm just wondering if anyone has first hand knowledge. Thanks.

There was an article in "Living Without" magazine about exactly this topic. I have a copy - somewhere - but I remember a few things from it. Mainly, most of the restaurants which serve pasta are supposed to be able to substitute boiled rice noodles instead. I *know* RRPP can do this, and actually keeps the noodles around for this purpose, even after they stopped using them on the chicken salad.

Guest relations can help, and she will probably end up talking with one of the resort chefs to help plan her dining.
