So I'm quickening some receipts from our recent trip...

And I see that the hotdog I thought I bought at 'Coke Corner'
shows up as 'Refreshment Corner' on the receipt??

What is the official name of this place? And if it is 'Refreshment',
does anyone know when they changed from 'Coke'?

Thanks...

The name is "Refreshment Corner, hosted by Coca Cola." I'm guessing that just gets shortened to "Coke Corner" in most people's minds.

From what I understand, it's always been Refreshment Corner. But even the CM Bulletin Board in the back says "Coke Corner". :)

I remember when I was a kid -- back when they had dinosaurs pulling the trolley up Main Street because the horses we had back then were about the size of a Great Dane and couldn't get the job done -- there was serious sponsorship by Coca-Cola there, with a moving row of Coca-Cola bottles with "Coca-Cola" written on them in various languages and they would give you a couple of inch-high souvenir plastic Coca-Cola bottles with your purchase.

The Coca-Cola sponsorship has been toned down a little since then (and horses got bigger, too) but the "Coke Corner" name still exists in the hearts and minds of some people.

But then again I still remember "Carefree Corner," the Chicken of the Sea Pirate Ship and the Junior Autopia.
