I am a fan of Cirque and I live on the West Coast. So i can't see La Nouba in Downtown Disney in WDW beacuse my of my parents. I was just wondering are the rumors od Cirque Du Soleil being in Disneyland is it true?

There are at least three Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas right now (Mystere at Treasure Island, "O" at Bellagio, and Zumanity at New York New York -- plus The Lovely Mrs. tod and I think there's also a fourth, but we can't think of it) and there's another troupe called "Varekai" that's in the greater Los Angeles Area through February and then San Diego after that. Check here (http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/CirqueDuSoleil/en/tickets/touring/varekai/default.htm) for more detail.

There are alot of reasons to go to Orlando, but Cirque du Soleil is not one of them.

Yep, three permanent shows presently in Las Vegas, as mentioned.

There will be a fourth, multimedia/interactive Cirque Show opening in Vegas at the MGM next year.

Design is underway to build a Cirque Du Soleil Casino/Hotel in Vegas on the site of the current Boardwalk Casino/Hotel (between Monte Carlo and Bellagio). Approval is in a year, with a three year build cycle - 2007 opening.

And yes, there is Varekai, a touring show playing in Southern California for a good while.

Didn't Sea World have one too?

CdS also has a current show in San Francisco called "Alegria".

Sounds more like Cirque Du So-Over-It.

Sea World has several smaller cirque-like shows that may star former Cirque du Soleil performers and maybe created by Cirque du Soleil alumni. Its a decent teaser for a theme park.

I dont know all the history behind the Sea World offerings. Would love to know.

I wish they'd actually gotten Cirque. I'd call them Cirque wannabees. Saw them once. No desire to see them again.

Maybe they could bulldoze DCA's boardwalk and put a Cirque show there.
