Thanks for the list! DH & I have been pouring through the menus online and this makes it easier:cool:

This is really useful. Especially now that they've stopped handing out lists for allergies, I know how hard it can be if you want to figure out what you'll be eating at any location ahead of time. But...

Unless they've changed this recently, the broccoli and cheese soup at Harbour Galley is not vegetarian, it uses chicken stock. Some additional items that I know of:
-Flat bread cheese pizza at Village Haus is vegetarian.
-Grain and veggie salad at Jolly Holiday is vegan.
-Grilled cheese and tomato at Jolly Holiday, and you can order it a la carte without the soup.
-Caprese sandwich at Jolly Holiday.
-Veggie burgers at Taste Pilots are not on the menu outside, but they have them.

You can also ask for substitutions at most places, like the BLT pizza at Village Haus without bacon, or substitute a veggie patty on the green chile burger at Carnation. I wish they had a list if items that can be made vegan. For example, if you leave the cheese off the veggie burger at Village Haus is it vegan, or is there something in the veggie patty itself that keeps it from being made vegan?

I think I read on Vegan Cowgirl that the veggie patty contains egg white, thus the official "vegan" burger patty at Carnation Cafe to differentiate. Vegan Cowgirl's list (June 2013) is useful, too, but I don't know how often it gets updated.
