This is not news:
After September 29 (http://disneyland.disney.go.com/calendar/early-admission/), Extra Magic Hour will be available every day, during a hotel stay, according to this schedule: Disneyland Park on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and Disney California Adventure Park on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

What is now posted for September 30 and October 7 on the Disneyland site (link doesn't work for some reason) can be called "news" (or another four-letter word of your choice)

Thank you Disneyland, for repsonding to the confusion by adding more confusion.
Accordign to the Early Admissions Options page (http://disneyland.disney.go.com/calendar/early-admission/):

When is it?
Magic Mornings at Disneyland Park are available during these select days:

Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday through September 29, 2012
Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday beginning October 2, 2012

So, no Magic Mornings on Sunday anymore for ticket holders ...
OK, but ...

Extra Magic Hour for Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests
For this limited time, both theme parks will be open every day for Extra Magic Hour. After September 29, Extra Magic Hour will be available every day, during a hotel stay, according to this schedule: Disneyland Park on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and Disney California Adventure Park on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The calendar still lists "Early Admissions Hours" at Disney California Adventure Park for September 30 and the first three Sundays of October.

Beam me up, Scotty!

I have also been very confused by this. We will just have a regular park-hopper ticket. I called Disneyland and was told that Magic Mornings for Disneyland are Sun, Tues, Thurs, and Sat.

My understanding is that this is true through Sept. 29th. After that, the days change to Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. So you will lose the option to have your MM on Sunday.

But it seems hotel guests can still go to DL on Sundays?

According to this week's DLR Update, DCA is now offered to resort guests for EMH on Sundays.

"Extra Magic Hour, offered to visitors staying at the Disneyland Resort hotels, will also be offered at Disneyland on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and at Disney California Adventure Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday."

That may be true, but it contradicts what is still on the Disneyland web site about "early admission" on Sundays. The blatant contradiction with the Disneyland calendar remains. I attempted to resolve this by contacting Disney, but the reply was apparently just copied from the web site. [October 28 hours are now up - you can guess the rest.]

Disney finally updated the Early Admissions Options (http://disneyland.disney.go.com/calendar/early-admission/) page:
Starting September 30, registered Resort hotel Guests are currently scheduled to have Extra Magic Hour access to one park on the following select days*:

Disneyland Park: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
Disney California Adventure Park: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays

If I am reading everything correctly... DLR guests get access to DL T, R and Sat along with 3 day or more Park Hopper passes... and then the DLR guests also get access to DCA on M,W,F and Sundays exclusively.... I guess that could be a benefit.. but taking away one day at DL is going to make DL even more crowded.. UGH!!!
