Is Splash much 'jerkier' now than before the logs were revamped. I recently rode in the front seat, which I haven't done since the revamping, and the log kept dropping when it went on the new 'tracks' or from an incline. Sorry I can't explain this better, but it was really noticable and even a little painful. You can't feel it from even the second seat, but in the front you definitely could. I don't remember this from being in the front seat before.

Anyone else notice this, or am I just crazy?

it is a little rough... it may have to do with the water levels too

I noticed that too. I think they sped up the water flow, so you are bouncing off the side walls more and hitting them harder. Maybe they are trying to move you along faster to get more riders through. I liked the old slower pace.

Don't forget, wach log use to hold 6-7 people (tightly). This increase in capcity, ment that they had to run fewer logs, so less speed of the flume. ;)

The logs have been redesigned and the flume hasn't. That makes for a bumpy ride. And your feet still get soaked in the front row!
