I've heard rumors that Gary Sinese will be Disneyland's Candlelight Processional narrator next week, but I haven't seen any kind of official announcement. Have I missed something? I thought these things were normally announced a month in advance so maybe I just haven't been too observant.

Nothing official that I've seen, but I've heard the same info from cast members in the choir.

Our DL Holiday Tour guide announced this yesterday on the tour, so I guess this is now official. She said there was a sign with this info in City Hall.

That's great, tea4two! Thanks for the update. As the daughter of a WWII vet who's leg was amputated by a German doctor while Dad was a POW, it will be a privilege to hear Gary Sinese, who has done so much to help disabled veterans!

Just FYI, his last name is spelled Sinise. Enjoy the performance!

Anyone know what time it usually starts? It's been a few years since I've been able to go.

First performance is 530, second is 800p.

Would the second performance be less crowded after the the first audience has dispersed after camping out all day?

I watched the 2nd performance on sunday night and saw the people who paid 2500$ walk in with there disney blanket and christmas duffy bear. They had good seats up front off to the side... about 10 minutes before they got there they started allowing guest in the crowd take seats that had not been filled. My husband and I along with a lot of lucky guest got seats and we didn't have to pay an arm and a leg it was pretty cool!

for those interested - Walt and Disneyland created a special in 1962 called Holiday Time at Disneyland. Part 3 had the Candlelight Processional. Video quality is not so great but it's interesting to look back. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fu5lLsMmvs
