I've entered - have you? Be sure to follow the instructions exactly. I added a note to my entry, since they asked for an 18-digit AP number, and premier passes have 20 digits. I hope they take that into account, and don't DQ me.

One of the comments addresses the 20-digit barcode and indicates to include the full number so I'm sure you're fine. I wish we were at a stage in our lives where we could do this - it sounds like fun!

Mal, is that because it's in the middle of the week and very short notice?

I suppose this is one of the special events mentioned in Al's article. It is nice that they did it by registering instead of simply a 'random' invite. Perhaps there will be another opportunity soon.

If it is one of the one mentioned in the article, I probably wouldn't be accepted anyways as I visited the park since the parade began. He said the parade events were designed for guests who hadn't been to the parks since before summer. I hope a few people from the boards get to go, then we can read about it.

Mal, is that because it's in the middle of the week and very short notice? Due to eVERYONE's work schedule, and harvest coming late this year, I just can't take off this month. Its the first year we have missed Halloweentime in a few years...

this was in today's update "It's interesting that Disneyland is basing this event around the Soundsational parade, which debuted in June and was the focus of the "Soundsational Summer" media campaign, and not the current HalloweenTime promotion. Perhaps the idea is to get the passholders to Disneyland during Halloween, and hopefully encourage them to spring for tickets to come back for Mickey's Halloween Party."

DING DING DING... never miss an opportunity to sell something more for the next visit. you know they will be handing out flyers as you enter talking about the MHP events, and may even have special station to buy tickets like they did for D23 expo.

Maybe I misread, but I thought guests had to have valid APs too but could be under the age of 18 (must be 18 to enter).

ETA: Nope I read correctly... (from link above)

UPDATE 10/4 9:30 am: Please note that this event is for active Annual Passholders only. Each registration will be valid for you and up to three other Annual Passholders, not including children under the age of 3. If your group has more than 4 people and multiple adults (over the age of 18), we recommend submitting enough RSVPs to accommodate your entire party size.

Well if only one of us gets in, we can take each other, and maybe go both nights. We both have APs. My sister does as well and she entered too. So if any of us get picked, we can all go!

Don't despair if you haven't heard - they said they haven't sent out the emails yet (as of when they posted that both events were full).
