ok I have a question...

Is a tour guide (that has his own buisness) aloud to bring groups into Disneyland and tour them through the parks with there own iteneraries?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. I've seen many tour groups of Asian guests with an obvious 'leader' taking groups around the park, I've taken groups to the parks (I'm not a buisness, I do it for the fun of it), I see various groups from day camps and private schools doing groups. I would think that as long as the tickets were bought, you could do it. You wouldn't have backstage access but I'm not sure that even the tours that Disney offers officially allow any back stage access. I know that there is another poster on MP that actually teaches a class about the Park and does tours of the park as a part of her business, but I don't know if she has an agreement with Disney or not.

what im speaking of consists of having a tour consisting of trivia and information on the history of each attraction we visit and a free gift at the end. Im just trying to make sure that this is not breaking any copyright rules or stepping on disney tours toes.

Your opinion?

Are you going to be collecting money from the guest for this? If you did it might be a problem, but either way Disney would have know way of knowing.:)

If they pay you on property, you're going to have a problem. I don't know the specifics but I do know that there are rules against 'selling' unauthorized items on property and that would include an unauthorized tour service. If you had everyone pay prior to going 'on' property then you 'might' be in a grey area with Disney.

I agree with you mammasilva, if you got the money outside of the Resort, 1) How would Disney know you did this and 2) you could just say its a personal tour for a group of friends if they even ask you anything. I have also seen large groups of Asian guests, so I doubt there would be a problem.

YES
There are quite a few good ones.
Jim Hill (http://www.jimhillmedia.com (http://www.jimhillmedia.com)) does them.
Also so do a few others, but he is the only one I really know of that is excellent.
