I was looking at the details of the PAP and noticed some things:

10% merchandise discount at select locations throughout the Disneyland® Resort ($10 minimum purchase; restrictions apply).

Exclusive benefits at select Downtown Disney® District locations.

10-15% dining discount at select Disneyland® Resort restaurants ($10 minimum purchase; restrictions apply).

Isn't the dining discount a change? Wasn't it just a straight 15% before? And is there a list of where the discount is 10 vs 15%?

I thought the merch discount was more than 10%?

And also for the DAPs, it showed block out at Christmas time starting Thursday before Christmas... which seems like a change... I swear before it was the two full christmas weeks before and after?

Premium passes have traditionally been given 15% at the food locations, DAP's ususally got 10%. Shopping discount was 10% for premiums only but with the current promotion all the passes sold got 10% with premium passes receiving 20% on merchandise. Rumor has it that the shopping discounts will be a permenant change but I haven't seen that in the FAQ or on the website as of yet.

Its on the website under discounts. Also, the $10 minimum has been discontinued.

Aren't the DTD restaurants only 10%? that may account for the 10-15% range?

Not all of the DTD restaurants offer discounts but the ones that do only offer at most 10% and there are limitations on many of the locations such as only before 5pm or that kind of thing and never for any alcohol. I noticed that the DTD section needs some updating considering it says Basin offers 10% and Basin is long gone :(

I believe it's to show that 10% is for DAP and 15% is for PAP.
