There are new lights at the Mad Tea party, they project changing colors down on the ride while you spin. Quit a cool new addition if you ask me.

The lattens also appear to burn a bit brighter and seem to have been retrofitted with Compact Florecents (probably helping to reduce the parks electric bill).

It's fun to see these added touches after rehab.

Thanks for the heads up!

I will have to make sure and take the kids over to see it when we go. Wait, the day we go it will close at 8 o'clock. Will it still be pretty then?

It should look nice...Not as nice as it does when its dark out, because it won't be totally dark out, but it will still look nice. I am going to PM you with a link to my FTP for some video of it. I posted a few pictures over on the Mad Teaparty thread on MouseInfo (http://www.mouseinfo.com/mousetalk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8286) too.

So do you have to get high to enjoy all the pretty lights like Ravers do?

Damnit, Alice In Wonderland is not about drug use, but now even Disney is acting like it is.

I think (no, I know) that Cemeinke was just being clever with his thread title.

Okay, I'm assuming you are making an ironic statement here, but please try not to get too riled up over additions of some new lighting.

You do not have to get high to enjoy the new Rave lights on the Teacups. But it might help.

You do not have to get high to enjoy Alice in Wonderland, but since there is such a blatant drug connection to this attraction, it couldn't hurt.

As for what I was laughing about, heck I don't remember. But I wasn't even high, so it must have actually been funny.

I noticed this last night while I was in line for Alice. I love the new fixtures, they seem to make that whole end of fantasyland cheerier at night.

Well, speaking from personal experience, I didn't need to get high to enjoy "all the pretty lights",they are quite beautiful on their own.

But, I've never been one to get high to enjoy a rave party either.

Walt would have been proud,

"The Mad Tea Party, now in Technicolor!
On the wonderfull world of Color!"
:D

At first I wasn't sure if that was lighting effects on the ground, or if someone did the Technicolor yawn!;)

I get queesy just looking at it................

Bingo - guess I need to use more smilies :fez:

As for myself, I quite enjoy the teacups sober.

As For InnerSpaceman - I believe the joke involved a G-force enhanced face and a reference to botox ;)
