Just renewed three APs through the mail and got $30 worth of ESPN Zone Game Cards.

Question: What should I blow them on? I will likely take my seven year old daughter with me when I use them. Are there any games that young kids would enjoy? What's the one game not to be missed. Help me!

she is not really into sports. I was more looking for a game that is kid friendly (easy to play) and fun. Also, perhaps something I could do myself that was fun/challenging.

Unfortunatly ESPN zone is geared towards adults so most of the games don't appeal totally to children but I think you can find some. They have a fun bowling game but they use really small balls(like skee balls). You should still have fun i am sure!

Air hockey is another alternative. She'll enjoy that... especially when you let her win!

I didnt think much of the ESPN zone. There were a couple of good games, but they were really all for adults.

Umm yeah air hockey would be a good idea, but is she tall enough to see over the table?

thanks for ideas, we will probably do air hockey as we play that in arcades and stuff occassionaly. She is getting older so its harder to lose on purpose in a way she doesn't realize. I end up flailing my arms around and missing it. Will also try bowling as she enjoys skee ball.

Are there any baseball games for adults? That's the one game where I probably wouldn't embarass myself too badly.

I had some ideas, but I think they'll be a little too expensive for you!;) :D

Actually, I've only walked through the place, and it did look like fun, but mostly for the older set. However, there did seem to be quite a few young un's there playing on various games...I'm sure your eldest would have a decent time. I got my $10 card too...maybe I'll see you there...can't seem to get my hubby to go with me...he thinks he's too "macho" to be seem at a Disney venue...:D I can say these things because he doesn't post on these boards....:D :D :D

Tell ya what, I'll take lisap eating and shopping with me while you and your daughter play at the Zone! ROTFL!:D

lisap can't play with you anymore Eddie Haskell.

We could use our $10 cards to play a winner take all airhockey game. I win, she goes straight home, you win, she goes shopping.

I won two 100 point cards at the Mighty Ducks Casino night last October. Does anyone know what that translates to in dollar amount??
What is the average amount of points each game takes?
Is there an age requirement for the games? (I want to take my sister - she's 9)
Thanks all!
