Your suggestions as to where to stay between the 3 hotels mentioned in subject.
The CC and Hojo offer a similar price, i just added the BW cause i can get a rate of 55 dollars per night.
We are planning a 15 days trip covering Six Flags, Universal Studios, Disney, Knotts and San Diego.
So saving about 30 dollars per nite, may not be a bad idea to make us chose the BW.
Any thoughts on this will help.
So far i have heard nothing but good things about both CC and HoJo, so the choice there may be hard to make.
But if anyone has good or bad things about the BW Courtesy Inn i would love to hear from them too.
Txs again, Pete

Hi Pete,

MousePlanet has a terrific Reviews System (http://www.mouseplanet.com/cgi/reviews/do/find.cgi), where you can find reader-submitted reviews for the hotels you are considering:

Candy Cane Inn (http://www.mouseplanet.com/cgi/reviews/do/display.cgi?product-sku=dlra_candycaneinn)

Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel (http://www.mouseplanet.com/cgi/reviews/do/display.cgi?product-sku=dlrahjph)

Best Western Anaheim Inn (http://www.mouseplanet.com/cgi/reviews/do/display.cgi?product-sku=dlrbestwesternanaheiminn)

Best Western Park Place Inn (http://www.mouseplanet.com/cgi/reviews/do/display.cgi?product-sku=dlrbestwesternparkplaceinn)

You can also search (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/search.php?s=) MousePad for previous discussions about these properties.

Good luck, and have a great trip!

I did read all of them, but the BW Courtesy Inn does not seem to have a review yet.
As for the debate between CC and Hojo, i have read some posts about both, but i am always looking for more info.

Candy Cane's rooms are somewhat small. Although, the clerk told me they have 3 sizes of rooms and the rooms at the back of the property are the largest. When I stayed there CC was offering a service that included breakfast delivered to your room, a newspaper, and nightly turn-down service. That package included the larger rooms at the back.

CC has their own shuttle bus (it is an actual bus, not just a van). It's a short walk away but this was very convenient after a hard day at the park.

Be aware that lots of kids stay at CC. Therefore, the pool, as well as the hot tub, are often crawling with kiddies. I expect you'd get a similar situation at the other two properties.
