Page 3 of the Nov. 7 L.A. Times Travel section had a blurb about DCA's new show: "Although the technology [of the talking Mickey] was awe-inspiring, the effort to update the octogenarian mouse has drawn mixed reviews."
It also mentioned that, "Mickey interacts with a rapper/DJ who spins songs with lyrics such as, 'Drink up, you gangstas, yo ho.'" (emphasis mine)
So like the now ubiquitous oral-sex reference, "sucks," are gangsters destined to be co-opted by mainstream pop-culture? Is "gangsta" like the adorable expression "pimped out," in which fools celebrate our most misogynistic profession? "Nooooooo [replied the fool], it's "gangsta!" :D

Then again, maybe Mickey could sing a duet with Tony Montoya!
Or the Hulk.
Or Rob Lowe.
