Snopes has a pretty good Web page (http://www.snopes2.com/disney/parks/parks.htm) about urban legends and weird occurrences at Disneyland.

I have heard rumors about hauntings in DCA. Maybe they are fake, but its just what I heard. First, the attraction Soaring Over California, is believed to be haunted. Most dont agree, but I talked to some who said they experienced it. The history behind the hauntings is that since DCA use to be the parking lot for Disneyland, Soaring is located about where the school buses used to park. One day a little girl was struck and killed in the parking lot in the general area where Soaring is now. People have said to have seen a little girl in Soaring, roaming in dark areas and at night while closing. Also there have been wierd noises. This has been seen and heard by only female employees. I know one guy, said he didnt belive it, and would yell for the ghost to show herself and he would bang on the walls. She(the ghost) never showed until one day when he was working, the seatbelt fault lights went off during a flight and the ride shutdown, along with the monitors. He said bunch of errors came up and when one of his monitors came on (for a camera) he saw a sillouehette or a little girl looking at him. He never said anything outloud again and was really scared. I also heard Bugs was haunted too, but dont know the history. I will try and find out.

Haunted Mansion is haunted. Many have reported seeing a ghost in the buggy toward the end of the ride.:D

It was only a matter of time someone would say it!

OK. Really...

I think anywhere in the park where there was a death by a CM or guest a legend could arise out of it.

Examples:

1. Grad Nite death in superspeed tunnel
2. America sings CM who got crushed
3. Rivers of America / Tom Sawyer drowning
4. Recent Columbia accident

I haven't had any sightings for myself (knock on wood), but would love to hear any related to the above incidents...

A friend of mine used to work Roger Rabbit and insisted it was haunted. This was 2 years ago so before the recent incident.

Some of these things I think are phoney like the DCA ones but Some of these make my bones shiver.
