Ok,

Getting giddy for my next Disneyland trip.

Here is my question.

On a Wednesday (SEP 30) to be exact with a PARADE at 5:30....what time will the MAIN ST. VEHICLES stop driving up and down the street??? I am going with my sis and bestest pal and arrive on WED. They have a two day pass for THU&FRI... I, on the other hand, have an AP!

This is my favorite ride. They think I am mad so I thought I would go into the parks while they sit by the pool and ride up and down the street to my heart's content. Does anyone have a ballpark figure of when they stop so I don't waste a jaunt over there??? Thanks! Oh and by the way....I AM mad.....

Well, I only know when I leave with my toddler at 2:30, they are still running, since we like to catch a ride from the castle to the train station.....not sure when they stop, though!!!!!

Where is darkbeer when you need him?

It depends but around 3 pm maybe. It would be based on shifts and other stuff. I wish I could give you a pat answer.

I believe it has to do with crowd levels after the attendance gets to a certain level it is to hard to move the vehicles on Main Street

Yesterday, the parade was at 7, and vehicles were still running at 4:30pm.

From the Disneyland park guide here on MP, the vehicles: "close around dusk and during parades" if that helps any.

The Main Street Vehicles usually are an early-morning thing. As the day continues they tend to evaporate.

I would call the info line at 714 781-7290 and see if they have a schedule at hand.

Thanks everyone.

We will be staying on property so a trip into Disneyland isn't a big deal! We are also arriving rather early so it won't be hard for me to get there before too late. I am sure that they will at least go until 2:30 on a weekday! So excited!!

The horse drawn trollys vary. It will depend upon crowds and the weather. The horse have to stop if the temperature goes above a certain point. Not sure what it is but the conductor was explaining the laws concerning the horses to us one day.

I like the horse drawn trollys on Main St and they are out to like around 5pm

I like the horse drawn trollys on Main St and they are out to like around 5pmActually, when the parade is at 330p, they go in about 90 mins prior to the parade time. So, they wouldn't be out after 200-230p.

Also, once the temps hit 90 degrees, the horses go in out of the heat. I have seen them go in by noon.
