Crest toothpaste, but they're wonderful. I think the reason people like them so much is because it is a themed beverage to New Orleans Square. I wish more lands had themed beverages. I'm sorry you didn't get to try one.

(HTH just told me we could have "Dip" in Toontown. Eiwwww.)

I agree, the Mint Julep is wonderful. I had my first one with dinner at the Blue Bayou (also wonderful).

Does anyone happen to know the recipe for the Mint Julep??:D

Well, here's the "Make Mint Juleps at Home" recipe:

But, the one they use for DL is actually a carbonated syrup mix. They get the stuff from some company that I can't recall at the moment.

Mint Julep at disneyland is a lemon-lime type drink, with mint flavor. Garnished with a cherry and a sprig of fresh Spearmint. Serve chilled over ice.

Imagine a Shirley Temple with Mint instead of Grenadine.

There's an official recipe for it here:

mmmmmmmm.... refreshing!

WDW used to serve that in Fort Wilderness campground.

I remember when they used to serve fountain sodas in New Orleans Square.
