Isn't it always the first weekend of October? That's how I remember.
Funny, though, how we always seem to forget until we're there...then it hits us. :)

Ooh, our passes expires on Oct 4 this year. That means we will just have to go! Yay!

No official announcement on Mini Gay Day at Disneyland yet.

Usually a Saturday in early April, but the large crowds and Easter Break might cause the organizers some issues.

The mini event (one day - VERY unofficial - small gathering) is held 6 months prior to the October event every year. No matter where Easter or Spring Break will fall....

So that would probably be April 4th - the weekend before Easter.
That would be my best guess without any official word.

In case the OP was asking due to crowd levels... one thing to consider is that CHOC Walk has traditionally always been the same weekend and multiplied the crowds. That is no longer the case, it has been moved to a later weekend in October (19th this year) so I would expect to see that weekend of Gay Days to be a little lighter than years past.

Of course now everyone in the world seems to have early October Fall Breaks from school so maybe that relatively new trend will make up for any decrease due to CHOC Walk moving.

Plus last year some famous brat I cannot remember her name Hanna Memphis...Hanna Metro...anyway Hanna and some city or state...had her birthday bash there the same weekend. That forced DL to close early on Sunday so to make up for it the booby prize was I think four extra hours at DCA.

Losing those hours was totally worth it though because my hubby and I saw Pauly Shore in the Matterhorn line.
