By performing a search on mouseplanet, Which can be found here (http://www.google.com/custom?hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&cof=AH%3Acenter%3BS%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.mouseplanet .com%3B&domains=mouseplanet.com&q=Indoor+Pool+%2BDisneyland+Resort&sitesearch=mouseplanet.com)
I found this hotel (http://www.mouseplanet.com/dtp/offsite/2_dl/Anaheim/ADIS_kraemer.htm)
Good luck in your search.

I don't know, try the Embassy Suites Anaheim {their website should tell you}.
But, as has been our experience, if you are concerned about the weather, everyone I know still goes swimming, even if it is cold. Or raining a bit.
Now, if it is ridiculously windy and palm trees are falling into the pool, no.
Of course, someone with real information will let you know.
I am just passing through on a commercial break...........;)

I didn't click the above link, but the Desert Inn and Suites has an indoor pool. It isn't huge, but it was clean and not crowded.
Have fun! :)

The Hilton Suites over on State College Blvd has both a indoor and outdoor pool.
Also, the Marriott adjacent to the convention center has a "combo" indoor/outdoor pool.

And watch out for lightning. It does happen you know. I used to lifeguard at pools in So. Cal. and we had a pool get hit by ligtning just a few hours after we sent everyone home early due to bad weather. Nobody was hurt, but boy what a mess. It burned the bottom of the pool. (It was the kiddie pool.)
