Please come and take this away! It's a 15" SONY TRINITRON CRT computer monitor, with VGA and power cable. Very good condition.

Did I mention it's FREE?

Located in East Palo Alto, CA. No shipping; you have to come get it.

I have two CRT 21" monitors that I still can't unload. Good luck with that. Best to donate to a used computer store, or just drop it off to a recycle center or Goodwill (if they will take it).

The recycling center will take them free, but it's a really good quality monitor and I hate to just junk it.

Have you thought about donating it to some kind of 401k organization that might be able to use it?

(Assuming you mean 501(c) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/501(c)), not 401(k) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/401(k)) :D)

I hadn't thought about it but I will look into it now. Thanks!

WOW, I can't believe I did that!

Thanks for the correction. ;)

I know, but CRTs are really not worth anything any more, unfortunately. It's just too bulky. By the way, my two 21" monitors are still up for grabs. :D

I found someone on Craigslist to take not only the 15" Sony but the 19" Dell monitor. No more CRTs in my house!

Bytebear, if you are still trying to get rid of your monitors -- and don't mind donating them -- try Craigslist.
