Even though I know exactly when I'm going, I just looked at my countdown and its 21 days... OH MY!!! 21...less than a month... 3 weeks... whoohoo.. you wait so long then blink, its here!!

38 days for us!

But I just got a call from work, new master schedule was decided yesterday. Not only am I now working both Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend but I am now working both Saturday and Sunday of Christmas weekend. Two 12 hour days in a row with the flight leaving at 8 something in the morning on Monday. um, don't think so. Scheduler is going to have a heck of a time finding someone to work the Sunday after Christmas.

14 days or two weeks from right NOW we'll be going over to Germany to drink all the Glow - wine !!! Welp, except for the bottle we save for the Grumpy's!

I would love to see WDW during the Holidays! You guys are so lucky!

I might be using my "in-laws" timeshare at the Sheraton Vistana (not WDW but it will be free!) for the week of July 3. Am I nuts to go that week?

It will be extremely hot & humid, plus pretty crowded due to the July 4th holiday...but free lodging? Cool!

I think if you're prepared for the weather & crowds, you can make it work for you. Sheri Niklewski (disnut8) goes at that time most every year...check out her trip reports & maybe that will help you decide!

I am an August-er. So I am used to the heat.

I am more concerned about the crowds. It will just be me and the boyfriend who has seen everything (thanks to yours truly!). This will be a very laid back vacation.

I gave him the option tonight....

July where I will have my AP and free parking.

October where there will be Food and Wine. No AP and we will have to pay for parking.

We are going to decide tomorrow! I am going to post another thread now to see what everyone else will do!

What a fantastic next few weeks. Thanksgiving at DL, then Dec 1st at DL again to celebrate my actual birthday. All leading up to the fact I'm only 13 days away from celebrating my 42nd Birthday at WDW and getting to enjoy Christmas decorations at the same time
