I can't answer the question about the weight limit, but I think I can answer the question about the height limit. The minimum height to go on the ride is suppose to be 48 inches. Of course, anybody less than that, I presume, will continue to have their own slide like they do now on the "Disney Magic" and the "Disney Wonder."
