    Ramada Inn Maingate

Well- I was super excited when my husband surprised me with a trip to disney in a little over a week...until I started trying to find a room! Thanks for everyone that has helped with planning.
We decided on the Ramada Inn Maingate as it was the only walking distance hotel that had rooms left. I am wondering why they still had availabitly?!
Does anyone have any thoughts about this hotel?

Now I am going to try and make dining reservations and I am sure they will be booked too! Oh well at least we are going to Disneyland

I stayed there for one night and although it is far from a luxury hotel, it definitely suited our needs and the proximity to Disneyland was wonderful.

I like this hotel a lot. We stay there often. It is definitely one of the better 2 star hotels on "the strip", IMO. Good location and the beds are usually pretty comfy.

We have stayed there several times when we couldn't get our first choice of walking distance motels. It is not fancy, truly just a motel. But it is clean and convenient. Worth the price.

I've never stayed there, but we've walked up to it almost every day we've been there. It's definitely walking distance from the front gates. It also has a little convenient store that doesn't rip you off on prices (compared to the one up the street near the carousel inn), a coffee shop (I don't think it's a starbucks, but it's that type of place) and a pizza place that has decent pizza and prices.

    Enjoy your trip!
