    Cashing Traveler's Cheques

I hope this is the right forum! I'm planning a trip with my family to Disneyland in July and was wondering if you can pay with traveler's cheques at the restaurants. I know you can at the regular shops, but wasn't sure about the restaurants. Any info on this would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!

We were able to a year ago...at the shops and the sit-down restaurants. Not at the carts or kiosks though.

A little non-related....I used one at the nearby Food For Less...and they not only made me show id, and sign the travellers cheque but I had to put my fingerprint on it!

    So Excited!

You can. On our last trip, though, after a while we just found it easier to cash one at the hotel as needed so we'd have cash throughout the day - it was handier for snack carts, pins, etc., and was just one less hassle at the restaurant.

Thanks for the information, I will definitely plan on bringing them! And I like the idea of cashing them at the hotel first thing in the morning. Thanks again!
