DLR nutritional information
Anyone know where I can find nutritional information for the restaurants throughout DLR?
One specific question I have (among many) is regarding dole whip - is there sugar added or is it just frozen pineapple juice? (I am on a no flour/no sugar diet.)
Thanks!

I can't say for certain, but I am pretty sure there is sugar added.

Anyone else know how to find nutritional info for the parks? I'd just like to have an idea ahead of time of what/where I can eat. I've found the menus online, which helps, but (alas, dole whip) sugar can be hidden.
Thx.

I was bummed about the Dole Whip too (although I personally thought it tasted like whipped plastic might taste, blech), because my son liked it. BUT he then had a total freak out, and when I saw the "corn syrup solids" I wasn't surprised anymore (his body isn't the biggest fan of corn syrup, high fructose or otherwise).
