My family of 4 [DH, me, DD [5 y.o.] and DS [2 y.o.] are flying into Long Beach Airport and are interested in taking a town car to our hotel near DLR.

We had used "A Limo King" a bunch of times and were happy. The town car was $80 roundtrip from SNA and since we had 2 toddlers with us and they supplied the carseats is was a no brainer. BUT, the last two trips I was unhappy:
1) The driver took a wrong turn and got off the freeway too early (near the Anaheim Stadium) and drove the long way to DL. It added like 15 mins on to the trip and with a toddler who had just been on a plane and a mom who just wants to get to DL, it was annoying.
2) We had confirmed (via email and during the pick up) a specific time to pick us up at the Grand. He was 15 mins LATE. 2 toddlers and 2 moms sitting on a bench in front on the Grand calling his phone. Not fun.
3) Service seemed to slip. I had to send 3 emails before I received one back confirming the trip.
Nothing major - but enough that we have decided to take the resort bus this time. I wish we could taxi it - but the carseats are the issue.
Its too bad because we used them probably 6 or 7 times with great luck and would have continued to use them 3 or 4 times a year.
