    Grrr AP Website Down?

I keep trying to log in and it doesn't recognize my perfectly valid login and password and now it won't email what it thinks is my password.

    Frustrating!

Strange as it sounds, this is a good sign. When this happens (and it does, now and then) it usually means that they're updating the page. Hopefully we'll have some new info soon!

    Cool! Waiting (not so) patiently.

It's still not working. I noticed they changed the link at the top of the disneyland.com page from "my vacation" to "My Disneyland"

I know this sounds weird.. but is there a lot of things on the AP website that you can't any where else... I am purchasing our AP's when we go in a couple months, but if there is helpful info I will purchase now so I can get onto the AP website..any thoughts...

Happening to me too.....put in my password and does not recognize it. Then I put it in again and it takes me to the AP page but when I click on anything it says "plase log in". So yes, me too!

Sure, go ahead and get one. I did and it won't be active until we go in Oct. I still get all the online benefits right away too.

They were evidently removing the discount for Mickey's Halloween Treat Tickets. Everyone now pays $29.00 online Advance Purchase. Of course you have to get em while they still have em.

Yup this happened to me also. I was able to log on fine during the day, then i tried that same evening at home and it wouldn't recognize me. I emailed their web-tech services and they said to delete all my temp internet files, specifically that had "go" in the name. too many files to sort through, so I just deleted all of them. And after that, the website worked again.
did that make sense? if not, I can post the email that was sent to me.

go.com is disney's actual website. That's why you had to delete files from them.

I plan to buy an AP in Decmeber when we go, can you explain how you get the web site benifits if you have purchased but not activated your AP?

Just go to the website and add your AP # that you were given.

You can't get the web site benifits until you actually purchase an AP. So, if you want to buy it now online, you'll get access to the site, and then the date of your AP goes for one year from the date (in December, in your case?) you actually first use it at the park. Hope that helps!
