My family and I are new DVC members (AKL). We are going on our first DVC trip this month, and have ADRs for our dining plan. In past trips, we have paid for everything up front before arriving (hotel, dining plan, tickets). The DVC reps have said we pay for our DDP when we arrive at the hotel. That just seems funny ... is it right? We pay AT the hotel? Can anyone confirm?

I do believe that what you were told is correct - that you can add on the DDP upon your arrival. (I recall this being mentioned somewhere a long while back.) I have not done this as of yet, but I am sure someone can confirm.
The search function is like the Force. It may take practice, but the more you use it, the more control you will have over it!
You must add-on the DDP before your trip, and you pay for it when you check-in.
