Early Morning Advance Dining Reservation Questions

I asked this on another board but didn't know if anyone here would know. I am staying off site at Windsor Hills and want to schedule an adr for crystal palace as early as possible (8:00 -8:30). Will the monorail be running early enough for me to make it on time? What time does the parking lot for the ttc usually open and what time do the monorails usually start running? I'm also planning an early adr for chef mickey's and wanted to park at the ttc and take the monorail to the contemporary and then walk back to the magic kingdom. What is the earliest I can make my adr for Chef Mickey's and make my plans work? TIA!

Typically, most Disney transportation begins 1 hour before park opening.

As for the parking lots, I am not sure as I have always used Disney transportation when I have been there.

the MK parking lot is actually open 24 hours a day (well sort of). the lot is past the main entrance booths which have to be open 24/7 as it is also the access road to several hotels and to some of the back stage areas. as you arrive in the morning you will see many CM's headed to work this way.

the last time we used the parking lot in the early am it was for the keys to the kingdom tour and we had no problem parking at 8 am.

as far as the monorail goes if it is running to the hotels it will also stop at the TTC, so you should have no problem there, and since they begin stopping at the MK station early enough to fill the earliest ADR's you should be OK.
