Vouchers from Walt Disney Travel Company [Sea Raycer Questions]

I recieved my vouchers for Planet Hollywood, mini golf and the sea raycer.
    I was wondering...

how many people can fit on the Sea Raycer?
it also says it is valid for 5 people, do we each get a racer?
can i trade or give my vouchers that i wont use (mini golf) to a family that will?

That is a good question. I have vouchers that I will also not be using and I would love to pass them on if I can.

The Sea Raycers have a bench seat that can fit 2 adults or perhaps one adult and 2 small kids. But weight is a much more important factor. These boats aren't blessed with huge engines, but if you don't weigh them down too much they can really zip around. I weigh in at a healthy 250, and I have to lean forward when I hit the throttle to get the boat to eventually plane out. Once it does the Raycer really zips around.

The sea raycers are a lot of fun! I recommend getting them from one of the MK resorts instead of an EPCOT resort. You'll have a lot more water to play around in and more interesting sights to see.

I will just hand my vouchers to people that I see that would like to use them.

Do they check ID to use them? I thought you had to present the voucher along with your resort ID.

I have a couple of questions about the vouchers. We'll be staying at POR in December: Are the Sea Raycers available during the winter? How close is miniature golf? (We won't have a car.)

There are two mini golf courses (winterland and summerland) just outside of Blizzard Beach, you'd get to them using the BB bus.
The other two (Fantasia Gardens) are across the street from the Swan hotel. It's a bit of a walk, but once when we didn't have a car we walked there from the international gateway exit at EPCOT. To get back to our resort (also POR) we took a bus to DTD from the Swan and transferred to a bus to our resort. Not sure if that was the most efficient way, but it wasn't too bad.
