Last Mouseadventure we saw everyones great iron on tshirts and we were wondering if anyone knew how to iron on White words onto Black Tshirts?? Would this work or no way since printers dont prink white font?? Any advice would be great thanks!

Yes! I even used it for the front of our shirts (it had Classic Benny the Beaver from Oregon State on Orange T-Shirts - Benny CAN'T have orange teeth now, can he?!)
There might be different brands, but I used Avery Iron-on inkjet printer paper FOR DARK SHIRTS. Anything that isn't printed on the printer is white when you transfer it to the T-Shirt. So if you're just doing words, it's going to be a hassle, because you'll have to trim around the shape. For ours, I just left a small white border around Benny, and I think they turned out nicely.
If you JUST want letters, in the past I've seen where you could buy actual iron-on letters, but I'm not sure how easy it is to find those any more, with the advent of the printer papers. For that, I'd start with a place like Michael's or JoAnn's.
