I believe itis the small kiosk that is right outside of the exit of Splash that sells the photo frames and Splash towels and the like.

It is also the name of the owl IN Splash Mtn that used to preview your photo on the way out of the ride. He is still on the wall, but doesn't usually say anything. It is Prof. Barnaby Owl's Photo shop I believe where you buy your Splash Mtn photos....
