How long should a typical drive take from Lax to our hotel directly across form Disney. Some transportation I've checked into varies from 1 hour to 2and a half hours so i thought I'd get your opionions on which is more accurate.It will be in early afternoon traffic on a Saturday.

If you are leaving by that time you should be okay. If your landing at this time you will possibly run into afternoon traffic. No traffic, about 35 minutes. With traffic it could take a long time!!!
My suggestions, take a map and tune the radio to a local traffic station and listen to the traffic reports.
Under an hour, easy. My bro lives just north of LAX and it takes about 45 minutes to get from my house to his place on a Saturday afternoon. I'm curious about the route you're taking though, as that can impact your drive time. There are several highways here under massive construction, so it will help to know which way you're going so we can help you more.

Approx 1 hr sounds about right for a Sat afternoon.
