Well, we're cheating a little in our house. We're using our Christmas gifts before Christmas day and then wrapping empty boxes for each other.
Thanks to a package deal at Costco, Doc decided to give "me" (us, but mostly me) This delightful digital SLR. It has two lenses - an 18 - 55 mm and a telephoto zoom. We needed a GOOD digital camera and this one looks like it meets all our needs. Now we just need to ebay our compact digital camera
So, what's a good wife to do? Go out and spend even more money.
Doc's getting this for Christmas. Our old receiver's left channel died. We have been using another receiver that works but it "hums". He's been very patient and we found a good deal online. A few relatives chipped in to make it a family gift.
