Disneyland Paris' Pirates of the Caribbean: What's the difference?

Was wondering what the difference is between DLRP POTC and DLR and WDW POTC, pics of the Paris POTC would be nice >

DLR:I go all the time, MANY MANY times a year! About 2x a month right now

WDW: I was there in 72, maybe 82, but I was definitely there 2006 and 2007!!

    Bring back ElecTRONica!!

Well, if you click on my link in my signature, there is a paragraph about DLRP's POTC...sadly I could'nt get any pics 'cos it be to dark in there! In Jason Surrell's book 'POTC: From the Magic Kingdom to the Movies' there are photos and a more detailed description. Of course, the Paris ride doesn't have any Jack Sparrows or the such

I don't have time to list all the differences between the paris version and the other versions. suffice it to say the difference is that of night and day.

    some of the differences are...
Paris dland has a blue bayou like area called the blue lagoon which leads to a ship wreck that the boat actually passes through. then entering another fort (the line is in one fort) the boat proceeds uphill. at the top of the fort you enter the familiar jail scene, here at the begining of the ride. passing through a hole in the fort the boats plunge down into the famous ship attack scene. for the next part it would look fairly familiar to dland regulars with the burning/ sacking of the town. the end is quite different, yet familiar. the boats pass under the pirate leg dude and into an arsenal. there an explosion causes the boat to drop down another drop and into the haunted carverns. here all the familiar scenes fill out the ride, ending with the talking skull reminding that "dead men tell no tales".

    hope this helps

Grateful for all God has done for me, and for having Wfoxx by my side.

He didn't say that three weeks ago, he was telling people to remain seated until they reached the dock.
