I have tried searching, but can't pinpoint exactly what the heck this voucher is for?? I got the Goofy's plan for meals while in the park and one of the vouchers is for Breakfast in the Park, can anyone elaborate on what exactly this is??

It will be for one of the places in DL that serves breakfast. It changes so, I don't know where it will be at. Last time we were there it was at the River Belle. The time before that it was at Clubb Buzz. You will be able to get that info when you arrive at the resort or, you may be able to call them and see if they have that info available.
You can use it anywhere in the park that has having breakfast- Riverbelle Terrace, Club Buzz, and Carnation Cafe. Or apply it to a character meal. It has a face value of $8 and some change. I believe Riverbell and Carnation are open daily, not sure about club buzz.
