Parades are canceled. They do a parade a ca;;ed when the parades canceled called Mickey`s Calvary.

Mickeys Cavalcade is cute, but it is like a second. Nothing to wait around for... as they just drive by it seems as fast as they can. For the holidays, they have Santa and Mrs. Claus at the tail end.
They really don't say anything about the fireworks or anything they have planned for the day till right before. I think it is like 10 minutes before or something. So, in essence, they still plan, then announce that they aren't going to do it because of such and such a reason.
Obviously, you can't shoot fireworks off in the rain, and they really couldn't do Fantasmic either.
There is another thread posted about what people like to do when it rains, it should be back a couple of pages... I know I saw it not too long ago. If you were interested in what there is to do.
