these don't seem different than the ones they just did three weeks ago. Is this just the official announcement?

This is the "Annual Passholder EXTRA" newsletter/news release. Some people have reported dining locations not knowing about or honoring the new discounts.

They just reflect the changes to the in-park discount made in early September, and the Downtown Disney discounts mid-October.

They have already been mentioned in the weekly MousePlanet DIsneyland Resort update.

We saw the dining discounts list in the AP newsletter after we got our 10% AP discount at Napa Rose...

Now different is nice, but it sure isn't pretty, pretty is what it's about
I never met anyone who was different who couldn't figure that out
But beautiful, I'd never live to see
But it was clear, if not to her, well, then to me.

I was wondering about that. How strict is NR about the discounts? I love to eat there but I don't know if I can swing it without a little AP help.

The new "Official" policy is that there is no AP discount at Napa Rose as of September.

But at least one person said she has gotten it recently.

I would check on the policy when you check in, as it could change at any time.
