Hi--lurker here. We're going to DL at the end of this month and have the SoCal City Pass. I heard that we can redeem our vouchers at Downtown Disney the night before instead of waiting in line the next day. Is this true and if so, where do I get them?

There are ticket booths in DTD, one down between the ESPN Zone and Rainforest Cafe, and another up closer to Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen and the monorail station.

Huh??? The one by the Monorail Station has been closed for about a year, and I have never seen the second one.

But you can go to the Main Entry Plaza area, and go to any ticket booth, or to Guest Services, located to the left of the Disneyland entrance gates. At least one booth stays open while the park is still operating.
