Grrr Annual Passholder needs help please!

I am a FL resident w/an annual pass (the one with black-out dates). We are planning a trip for Nov 17-20 and I can not access the passholder web site. I have sent 3 emails and last night spent 2 hours on the phone and I can't get anywhere.

All I want is a room reservation for 2 rooms for 3 nights at either the Polynesian or the Carribean Beach Resort.

Does anyone have any advice for me? Who can I call? WHo can I email?

I am so frustrated with this system. Last night on the phone w/guest services I was almost in tears at the lack of knowledge and assistance they were able to provide.

Any and all advice is welcome

I struggled to access the passholder site but finally managed by doing this:

You can only book this program online and you must have a current, activated Annual Pass or an Annual Pass voucher in order to access the online booking. In other words, you can't book the Annual Pass "Best Rate Program" online without first buying an Annual Pass. Several readers have informed me that you can access disneyworld.com/passholders with an Annual Pass voucher (this supposedly does not activate the pass). Reader David S provided these instructions on how to do it: "The layout [on the voucher] is this:

AAABB MM/DD/YYYY CCC: DDD Tr: EEE FFF

I used CCC, DDD, MM/DD/YY, and FFF as my ID and it worked and got me to the site."

Once in the site to find the discounts I went into Special Offers and then into Best Rate Program. It took me 3 or 4 attempts before it worked. We got around $70 per night off the Grand Floridian and the Boardwalk in December

Awright! Thanks for the advice.. .

I was finally able to get someone on the phone who was able to help me. I made reservations at the POFQ for 3 nights at $109/night. Not a huge discount but it's fine.

Now to decide where we eat!!
