He is basically pressing cast members to make "magical memories"
He has made a lot of magical memories in the foods dept. over 500 cast members have quit in the last two months because he reduced hours of full time employees from 40 to less the 30 hours a week.
He plans on doing the same in other dept's.
To get cast members to produce he needs to give them a reason too.
I beginning to think Eisner was a better Leader (and I can't believe that came out of my mouth!)
