    FYI re: Coronado Springs

I *was* going to make our families reservations for next January at the CSR (never been there - thought we'd try someplace new) and we told that for my dates (6 - 15 Jan., 2006) all standard rooms were booked.

    How about that?

I guess I shoudl assume that a lot of the folks taking part in and looking to attend the fitness expos surrounding the marathon weekend are staying there. Do a lot of marathoners stay there as well?

I'm thinking of trying PORS instead.

I didn't think Disney was accepting ressies that far out yet (I thought it only went a year for rooms).

    Were you offered alternate resorts?

Edit: Brain spasm - obviously that's less than year from now.

yep - was offered other moderates (POR & POFQ) and I also priced out Beach Club and Animal Kingdom. While I could have (they specifically said - "would you like to book now") made a reservation, I did not.

Got prices for AP's as well as some 7 day expiring and non-expiring tickets. Was told that AP prices were not due out till much later this year.
