I went last February - I believe very early in the month. It was not busy at all. I think any time should be a good time.

Do you suppose that the crowds would increase markedly on Valentines day? Anyone been there for Valentines? I think that it would make a GREAT trip for me and my wife!
The BF and I went on Valentines day a couple of years ago. During the day it wasn't too bad, not dead, but a light crowd, and a lot of couples. Also, noticed that day the princes were all with their respective princesses, something you don't see very often. I enjoyed it. I would do it again if we could ever both finagle the day off.
Never under estimate the power of a jealous pixie...
Valentine's Day is also Lincoln's Birthday, on a Monday this year. Probably not going to be a light day.
One time in February that brings the crowds to Disneyland is President's Day Weekend. I've been going that weekend since 2000; and some years are better than other however; especially if it rains! But other than that,its a relatively calm month.
USA Jr National Cheerleading Competitions will be held Feb 26th & 26th 2004
at the Convention Center, so you might want to go early in Feb.
