I just come back from a 2 days trip at DLRP!!! I was also at the Annual Passport event, and I thought the new Lion King show is FANTASTIC !!!!!!!!!!! To me, it's actually the best show ever produced at Disneyland Paris, top Disney quality !!!

I'm happy I've see this GREAT show in Avant Premiere, because I've heard it's a huge success and it's very hard to have a seat within Videopolis to see the show, you have to arrive very early before the show begins...

I am back from DLP. For those going - a word of warning. We queued for an hour for the Lion King show when the park wasn't that busy and still didn't get in. We were told to be there at LEAST 2 hours before the show started to get in.

But here is a tip. If you go to where they serve the food in Videopolis, you can just stand there and see the whole show - there is a crowd standing there so sometimes the view is restricted and you have to stand the whole time but it is better than standing in the queue to get a seat.

Very nice pictures, raptor! Thanks for the heads-up on your photo album link. Wow, the show looks incredible. I wasn't sure what to expect (there is a Lion King show in Florida, for example), but it looks like they put together a really good show.

The photo you posted is too large based on our policy about inline images here, so I've converted it to a hot link. Thanks!

The show is a huge success
...a little bit too much a succes, there are very long queue lines at each 5 performances, you have to wait at least 1 hour.
I was told they are even planning to use the FastPass system for this show too. I don't know if it will reduce line.
Have you see the new "Broadway-esque" look at Videopole Theater ?

I think it's very beautiful, and they kept the "discovery" theme of the land.

It looks great. I’m coming to DLP next month (august 28/29) and these pictures made me plan this trip. Thank you Olivier.

A very interesting and laudatory article at Jim Hill Media about the show :
