Catch That Kid (movie)

My parents just took my kids to see it. Boy were they disappointed. Apparently the movie is about the kids robbing a bank?!?

What is your opinion of the movie? What about movies in general that having kids doing illegal things?

My parents said they wouldn't have taken them had they known that was the plot. Even after reading a review or two, I guess they didn't realize.

Grading the Movies
Based on their review, I might have hesitated.

... doing the wrong thing for the right reason is not the only problem with this movie, although that is certainly a major family viewing issue. The script paints the cold management at the financial intuition as almost deserving to be robbed...

It obviously wasn't my favorite film, but it still was fun and there are parts that were very suspensful. Younger kids will like it more than older ones. But it was kinda nice because there was nothing obscene in it at all, so don't hesitate to bring little kids.


Now, that report was totally un biased. But as a side note, I'll tell you that I was an extra on the film and spent many hours on the set 'cause my Dad worked on it.
