Thread: Live 24 webcams?

  1. #1

    Live 24 webcams?

There used to be live webcams from the parks that were up and running 24/7.

Is that not a thing anymore? I know there are webcams from outside the parks looking in, but I can't find anything official that is "live right now".

Thanks for your help - I also did not find anything in the forum!

I don't think there are any anymore. It's a security thing.

Agreed with Dan. There are no live cams inside the park that I know of.
The one that "looks" like an inside park cam is nothing more than a recorded loop synched with the activities of a certain day... but not live.

As an alternative, there are a lot of people that use Periscope inside the parks ... and you get a lot of real time views that way.

Yeah imagine the bandwidth used when most of us would have that showing on our second monitor at work all day if there was a live feed...

They could probably make money by modeling it after cam sites where you buy tokens or something...

There is a camera outside of Disneyland, on top of the Howard Johnson Hotel. It cycles between views of DCA, the Matterhorn, and the sidewalks outside of DL. As far as I know it's live.
