2016 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Dates announced
At some point it seems likely that the Flower & Garden Festival and the Food & Wine Festival will simply flow one into the next, with only the menus changing at the marketplace booths around the World Showcase.
The 2016 event is two weeks longer than 2015, starting September 14 and running through November 14, 2016.
There haven't been many details released, but it's safe to make your hotel and air reservations now.

Fun is wherever you find it...
Wow. Just build permanent booths odv style and have at it.

This is actually a very good thing for me. My birthday is September 29th, and I hate it when I do a birthday WDW trip and it's on the first weekend of the F&W. Wall to wall people in the World Showcase! Now there will hopefully by a couple of weeks for the crowds to settle down a little.

We'll be there from 11/5-11/13. We had to miss the 2015 festival!

Out of this world for Disney
When will they post a menu for all the locations?
"Although we think it's DOPEY that Pluto has been downgraded to a dwarf planet, which has made some people GRUMPY and others just SLEEPY, we are not BASHFUL in saying we would be HAPPY if Disney's Pluto would join us as an 8th dwarf. We think this is just what the DOC ordered and is nothing to SNEEZE at."

It will be quite a while before they do that. The specialty events and seminars are usually published/put on sale before the full booth menus are released.
