Be Our Guest Adding Breakfast Service

The Disney Parks Blog has revealed that Be Our Guest will add a fast casual breakfast service to its existing fast casual lunch and table service dinner options.

The open-faced poached egg sandwich with bacon and brie seems like something I would enjoy.

Those pictures looked so good I wish I ate breakfast! Just coffee and a protein bar for me!

That would be good if the bacon were actually cooked to proper stiffness, looks almost raw to me. I cannot tolerate bacon with even a hint of rubbery in it.

Just a possible observation but people are going to dine there for breakfast more for the atmosphere.

And I hate crisp, stiff bacon! To each his own!

Hope they have a premium bacon on it because standard issue "Disney bacon" leaves much to be desired.

Working hard for that next WDW trip!

    I prefer bacon when it tastes like . . . . bacon.

Of course! But it needs to be so crisp that the Earth's rotation can crack it. No hint of rubbery rawness... Then use the grease to fry your eggs, of course!

Now I have to fix bacon and eggs for breakfast tomorrow morning.

This looks good. Not sure if we are going to try and eat here on our vacation. We are already doing a lunch and dinner. Too many other places to eat.

So far, the food is getting a lot of "it's ok" type of reviews and the atmosphere is why you go. (Kinda going along with my thought before.)
Comments also point to the idea of for the same price, you can get better and a lot more, but would probably be a good use of a QS credit.

I just like bacon - almost raw all the way to burnt. Yum.

Recently I accidentally didn't cook my bacon as crispy as usual, and I found out that it actually tastes better when it's not quite so burnt up. Not rubbery, just nicely medium well done.

Yeah, not burned black, just not soft. Crunchy!

Try this. Buy pre-cooked bacon from Costco (much better than the thinner stuff at Sam's) and cut slices in half. Wrap each piece around a Li'l Smokie and hold in place with a toothpick. Place them in rows in a glass pan and dump brown sugar over the top. Roast in the oven at I think 400 for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is basically melted. But don't tell Dan, he prolly wouldn't like it.

Lunch was very good and was a nice break from the usual QS in the park. If you want to eat breakfast there, MAKE RESERVATIONS!! The stand by line for lunch is quite long as I imagine breakfast will be as well.

    Have a Disney Day!

I had the braised pork for lunch first week of March and it was delicious!

    Oh, it is!

I would probably try the 'open-faced sandwich' although to me it's more like a breakfast pizza. A sandwich has bread on top, period. Or the meats assortment looked good too.
