No overnight accomodations.
Right next to Disneyland Park entrance, on the esplanade.

You are responsible for relieving your pet.
They will feed/water.
The kennel is staffed by awesome people by the way.
Genenpet is exactly right.
If you're standing in front of and looking at the main entrance to DL, the Pet Kennels are all the way to the very right of all the entrance gates.
